为提高配网自动化资产管理水平,针对配网成套开关,研制出一种基于IEC 61850的状态监测系统。系统由就地传感器网络、状态监测IED(智能电子设备Intelligent Electronic Device,以下简称IED)、状态监测诊断系统组成,对配电成套开关设备的机械特性、热特性、绝缘特性进行监测、分析和诊断。状态监测系统遵循IEC 61850第二版状态监测逻辑节点建模,对内、对外通信采用IEC 61850标准通信服务,做到与配网自动化系统无缝结合,可与配电自动化终端(Distribution Terminal Unit,DTU)、配网自动化信息互动。实际工程应用效果表明,监测系统是有效和实用的,可对配网设备提出维护建议,极大减轻维护人员的负担,为配网馈线自动化、自愈功能提供一次设备状态信息,从而加快智能配电网建设。 相似文献

A novel red-emitting phosphor Ca8MgLu(PO4)7:Eu3+ was synthesized by a high-temperature solid-state reaction method. Its crystal structure, photoluminescence emission and excitation spectra, and decay time were investigated in detail. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results indicate that Ca8MgLu(PO4)7 crystallizes in single-phase component with a whitlockite-like structure and the space group R3c of β-Ca3(PO4)2. The emission spectrum shows a dominant peak at 612 nm due to the dipole 5D0→7F2 transition of Eu3+, and the luminescence intensity keeps increasing with increasing the content of Eu3+ to 100%. The excitation spectrum is coupled well with the emission of near ultraviolet (NUV) LED (380–410 nm). The CIE coordinates of Ca8MgLu(PO4)7:Eu3+ phosphor is (0.654, 0.346), being close to the standard value of National Television Standard Committee (NTSC) for red phosphor, (0.670, 0.330). The internal quantum efficiency of the phosphor is 69% under the excitation of 394 nm. The results show that Ca8MgLu(PO4)7:Eu3+ is a very appropriate red-emitting phosphor with a high ratio of red and orange for NUV-based white LEDs. 相似文献

The thermal mode analysis is used in this paper to optimize the thermal management with optimal locations and chip sizes for multi-chip package. The average thermal resistance is defined and analyzed. The spreading thermal resistance can be expanded into Fourier series so that the thermal modes can be established. For the infinite thermal modes, only a few terms are needed to be considered due to the rapid convergence of solution. The optimal locations and chip sizes can then be determined by using the first few modes to reduce the thermal resistance as minimal as possible. The optimal locations have the cosine wave property so that the wave nodes might be the suitable sites. On the other hand, the optimal chip sizes have the cardinal sine property which decays monotonously. For given optimal locations, the optimal chip sizes are determined by certain modes. This study investigates CO2 emission reduction within the EU resulting from the Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) up to 2030. This is performed by constructing a baseline scenario without the ETS and assessing the impacts of the ETS, as currently designed. The results indicate that the ETS will start to impact emissions primarily after 2025 due to the prevalence of a sizable allowance surplus. The impact of approved (i.e. back-loading and 2.2% linear reduction factor (LRF)) and proposed (i.e. market stability reserve (MSR)) policy interventions and the inclusion of aviation, could accelerate the exhaustion of surplus and increase emission reductions during the investigated period. However, these measures would be insufficient to restore the scarcity of allowances and the corresponding carbon price before the start of ETS Phase IV, and the effectiveness of EU-internal abatement cannot be guaranteed until 2023. The effectiveness could be further reduced in the case of the economic shocks or the exclusion of international aviation.To restore the scarcity of allowances, other reform options are necessary. This paper extends the reasoning for the early removal of the back-loaded 900 Mtonne allowances by 2020 and broadening the scope of ETS to other sectors with potential high demand for allowances. 相似文献
